Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Spencer wishes everyone a Merry Christmas! Last night at church, Spencer felt a prayer was too long, so he said "amen" when he felt it should end. His favorite present this year was a foot spa for him to soak his feet. At Thanksgiving, his favorite dish was a broccoli and cheese casserole with mushrooms; he could not get enough of it! But today, he won't eat it! He instead had macaroni and cheese with corn and plenty of fresh lemonade. We love him!

Spencer doesn't like turkey, but he does like stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, and green bean casserole. However, his favorite meal at this time of year is Vermont cheddar mac and cheese with lots of corn and some peas.

Spencer is 9!

It's hard to believe Spencer is 9! He is still such a sweet boy! He got a new computer to play games on. He also enjoys "shooting hoops" in the driveway. He's looking forward to a family pizza party tonight. If he has his way -- and, of course, he will on his birthday -- his pizza will be loaded with mushrooms, green peppers and ONIONS!!!

Meanwhile, Spencer cannot stop eating watermelon!!! It is his favorite food.
